Auburn Bay

Calgary’s newest lake community, Auburn Bay is a land of sparkling lakes, rocky shorelines, fragrant forests and lingering sunsets. This neighborhood is located south of Marquis of Lorne Trail (Hwy 22), immediately east of the Deerfoot Trail.  The community is fashioned after Ontario cottage country, and offers year-round recreation. Cranston

Chaparral

Established in 1995, Chaparral is a residential neighbourhood in the south-east quadrant of Calgary.  It is located at the southern edge of the city, south of the Marquis de Lorne Trail, west of the Bow River Velley, north of 194 Avenue SE, and east of McLeod Trail.The centerpiece of the neighbourhood boasts a 32 acre artificial lake and a 21 acre park with two waterfalls.

Douglasdale

The Douglas Glen community encompasses land along the east side of the Bow River between Deerfoot Trail and the community of McKenzie.  Beginning in 1982, Gemcraft, Jager, Jayman, Today's Homes, and Shane have helped build and establish the well planned homes of this community.
